The Happy Brain Company helps people — whether children, adults, families, educators or professionals — improve their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing using a holistic mix of neuroscience, psychology, coaching, therapy, creativity, and life-skills training. They believe that humans have an innate capacity to thrive, and that creativity, playfulness, connection and collaboration are fundamental to wellbeing. The company approached me to refresh and develop the brand across their social media platforms. They wanted to increase brand awareness; driving more people to engage, learn more through the website, and ultimately sign up for their services. The agreement was to refresh the logo and spend three months creating a variety of static and video templates that they could then carry forward themselves in the future.
I worked alongside the director to get a deeper understanding of customer and company needs, and brainstorm ideas. I then created a social schedule - harnessing the power of AI to write engaging and consistent copy, hashtags and Call-to-Actions. I tweaked the logo to give it a bolder, brighter, and happier presence - reflecting the company's philosophy. Concentrating on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, I created a variety of fun, thought-provoking and attention-grabbing posts to pique the audience’s interest in The Happy Brain Co.
Over a 90-day period, organic performance improved across all platforms. The new design and strategy resulted in a 30% increase in Facebook followers and over 10,000 LinkedIn impressions. Reels became the primary growth driver, generating 76% of new follows. On LinkedIn, consistent weekly posting increased reach by 74% week-on-week, with a single post achieving 6,400+ impressions, 3,000 video views and 16 direct follower conversions.
